PRESENTATION Yoga was developed in India over 5,000 years ago and is now practised all around the world by people of all ages. It is a system which combines physical stretching movements with breathing exercises and meditation techniques that can balance body, mind and spirit. Yoga aspires to bring you to a state of complete physical and mental well-being. We teach many different styles of yoga including Hatha, Vini, Ashtanga, Kundalini and many other related systems. Tuition is tailored to your needs and can be used as a therapy as well as a means of keeping fit. With one-to-one tuition you can learn how to design your own practice. You will also learn more about your own body and how to maintain its health by using appropriate postures and breathing routines. We can bring special attention toward your own individual development and shift our focus in any direction that you might feel appropriate. If you want to get the most out of your Yoga practice and are keen to progress at your own pace then one-to-one tuition is certainly the way to go. Other topics which can be covered include Pranayama, Mantra, Chakra Balancing, Chanting, Meditation and Energy Work. Solo tuition is offered in one-hour classes and may be booked for any weekday by arrangement. The first appointment time in the morning is 10.00am and the last is 6.00pm
