Wild Game Meat Hygiene In line with European Union directive, legislation came into effect on 1 Jan 2006 that requires anyone supplying game meat to a game dealer, to be a 'trained hunter'. By the end of this one-day course you should be able to: Understand the specific legislative requirements of a 'trained hunter'.
