Course Description

Why Are You Eating? helps people to become their dream weight for the rest of their lives, without dieting. Often people are not over weight because they are hungrier than slim people, it can be because they eat for other reasons other than physical hunger, e.g. stress, boredom, tiredness etc. We teach people how to think and behave like a naturally slim person, using a mixture of NLP and psychology. Each week for 7 weeks you will be introduced to a new 'slim' behaviour, through theory and exercises, which will help you think how you can incorporate it naturally into your life. You will have the week to practise, and use the new behaviour until it just becomes part of your everyday life. The course will be e-mailed to you on a weekly basis with Tutor support. By the end of 7 weeks you will be amazed how differently you are think and behaving around food - and losing weight in the process! Many people find they rekindle a passion for food and eating, really savouring their food, but in an easy, calm and controlled manner.
