Being a Leader has often been described as having the ability to conduct an Orchestra, or getting Eagles to fly in formation! Experience Teamwork takes this concept and helps to develop, alongside the team leader, some of the most effective and deeply interdependent teams in business today. Breaking the rules This programme breaks the rules of traditional team development and focuses on team output, team relations with other groups, the future for the team and the demands placed upon it by the businesses strategy, plus, the creation of an independent vision of what the team needs to be and become to meet its obligations to its business area, the company stakeholders, employees and ultimately its customers. Taking feedback from the teams and work areas that are interdependent with them, looking at group development profiles and self reported team performance and effectiveness issues, the programme questions at the deepest levels the commitment and cohesiveness of the team and its ability to be the best they can be in their work environment. Looking at work ethics, practices and processes and the human elements of team performance this is intensive and high impact team development at its best. With in-depth development profiling and conflict/ issue identification and resolution at its core, the programme must have the total commitment of the team leader and members.
