Course Description

In this weekend we follow traditional Qi Gong practices for calming, energising and grounding the body. Working with the quiet and subtle movements of Master Chen's Silk Reeling, the Eight Brocades and Bone Marrow Cleansing we will improve our coordination, bring strength to the organs and illuminate the bone structure. These evocative practices offer refreshing and sometimes unexpected dialogue between body and spirit. We will end each day with Nei Gung, the practice of Qi Gong meditation. We will find that Qi Gong is both ordinary and extraordinary!. No previous experience is necessary. Barbara Brown Please bring loose, comfortable clothes and perhaps a blanket and cushion.
