Portable Appliance Testing (City & Guilds) WHAT'S ON THE COURSE? Course content includes: legal requirements, electrical equipment, in service testing, training equipment construction, use of test equipment, combined inspection and testing, procedures, instruments, types of inspection and testing, formal visual inspection. The assessment methods used are an on-line exam employing multiple choice questions and a practical test. Successful applicants will receive a City & Guilds certificate. WHAT'S THE SCHEDULE AND FEES? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE? 5 Weeks. Thursday 6.00pm-8.00pm. WHEN DOES IT START? Autumn 2011 and 2012. WHERE DOES IT TAKE PLACE? South Cheshire College. IS THIS COURSE RIGHT FOR ME?
