PILATES INTRODUCTORY WORKSHOP THE BODY CONTROL PILATES ACADEMY Two day workshop This workshop covers Day 1 of the Core Module, that is: Pilates background and key Principles Pilates and muscle balance natural, normal movement case studies beginner and intermediate level exercises. It is strongly practical in its content and can be run as a 'stand alone' day or as the first day of a two-day workshop, with one of the other workshops.
