Module 3 - The Manager''s Role in Customer Service Excellence: On this module you will learn how to: identify your internal and external customers explain your role in the provision of customer service clarify customer requirements and expectations identify the resources required to ensure staff can fulfil their responsibilities support your teams so they provide consistent excellent service set personal and corporate customer service goals contribute effectively to corporate customer service strategies be an effective customer advocate. Module 4 - Managing People in Projects: On this module you will learn how to: understand the Project Manager''s role identify leadership styles in the project environment build a project team manage individuals in projects motivate to achieve project success build persuasive and influential communication skills handle difficult situations manage stress in yourself and others.
