Course Description

This training programme is designed for those working in the food businesses, who may be involved in the design, implementation or management of a food safety system . The aim of the qualification is to introduce the concept of HACCP and to develop an understanding of and the ability to apply HACCP principles practically in food and food related businesses in order to ensure effective food safety. All courses can be run over weekends, evening or half days on your premises to suit the businesses.
