Plant Operators NVQ Level 2 Accreditation Body: City and Guilds Introduction/Summary The NVQ is aimed both at new plant operators who hold the red trained operator card as well as experienced operators looking to gain formal recognition for their plant operating skills. Qualification Once the company has been assessed to ensure that its health and safety standards meet those set by the LSC then there are two paths for the NVQ to take.
