Course Description

This course is designed as a specialist management course that aims to prepare future managers for the people-intensive hospitality and tourism sector. The course is interdisciplinary in nature, drawing from theory and professional practice in the fields of business studies, marketing, hospitality, and tourism. Case study scenarios, practical workshops and group projects will be used to encourage the practical application of concepts and the development of high-level problem-solving skills. You will be required to draw from, and contribute to, the growing body of specialist research on hospitality and tourism management, policy and theory.
