Course Description

You will study a total of seven modules and produce a dissertation. You will focus on management and leadership through studying two pathway modules and by selecting an appropriate option module. Modules to include areas such as: theories of leadership and their application in educational contexts accessing and applying evidence from educational research and enquiry in relation to management issues related to the internationalisation and globalisation of education mentoring and supporting staff development. It may be possible to select an optional module from a range of master?s modules offered across the University.
