Course Description

This session can be used to energise participants, form or regroup teams, improve team communication and relieve tension. Participants are divided into teams. One team goes out of the room while the other is briefed. When the first team returns to the room, they pair up with a partner from the team in the room. A mirroring exercise then takes place. A practical exercise to highlight non-verbal communication. Participants work in pairs, but only one partner in each pair knows the objective of the exercise; an excellent way to demonstrate the phenomenon of mirroring. Who is it for: This training resource is intended for use by trainers to revitalise jaded and weary participants, allowing them to use their minds and bodies in a different way, and thence return to any learning programme refreshed and more receptive to learning.
