Meditation can improve your concentration and help you to cope more successfully with challenging situations and people. You will learn and practise breathing and meditation techniques, creative visualisation and positive affirmations. You will discover how you can use a Head and Shoulder Massage sequence, Aromatherapy and Reiki to enhance your relaxation. Refreshments provided each week. You will also be given weekly notes which will develop into a comprehensive manual to help you keep practising at home
