  • Designing a Detailed Plan for Mediation
  • Building Trust and Cooperation

3 Conducting Productive Mediation

  • Beginning the Mediation Session
  • Defining Issues and Setting an Agenda
  • Uncovering Hidden Interests of the Disputing Parties
  • Generating Options for Settlement

4 Reaching a Settlement
