Course Description

Course Content This one day workshop covers: massage positions, massage techniques during pregnancy, shiatsu points, reflexology points, carrier oils, safety precautions, contra-indications Further Information Massage during pregnancy helps relieve sore, tight muscles and reduces swelling. It increases mental and physical energy levels and improves sleep. Massage is also good for the baby as research has shown that the unborn baby can be affected by stress levels experienced by its mother. Course times are from 10.30 am to 5.00 pm. The group size is kept at ten or below for individual attention.
