We need to be able to control and manage our time at work Your people need to manage workloads, achieve deadlines, deal with interruptions and plan effectively. To do this they need to be able to manage their time. Time is of course a finite resource-we may be able to generate more business, more customers, more money even-but not more time. Time is a fixed cost. The key is to use it both efficiently and to best effect. With Managing Your Time training, your people will: understand what they can and cannot manage in relation to time establish their own objectives and priorities appreciate how time is lost plan daily, weekly, and longer-term activities use time efficiently deal with time-wasting activities handle interruptions learn how to say no positively be able to apply their learning to their own role at work.
