Description This workshop is designed to examine the causes of stress and the impact it has on an individual and the organisation. Participants will have an opportunity to explore proven stress management techniques, which if employed in the workplace can increase performance and motivation, in addition to promoting better health and well being. Manage their approach to pressure in a more productive way ?
