The course has been specifically designed to support the continuing professional development needs of those involved in learning and development in private and public sector organisations local authority personnel, health workers, independent trainers, training administrators seeking a broader understanding of the principles of learning and development, managers with a responsibility for learning and development, others with a significant learning and development content in their jobs and those aspiring to a career in learning and development.
