Course Description

This is a postgraduate qualification with CIPD accreditation. The programme is separated into two stages: Stage one covers: - Leading, Managing and Developing People - Performance Management - Human Resource Management in context - Developing Skills for Effective use of Information Stage two covers: -Essential Human Resource Management (covering the current and emerging strategic themes for Reward, Relations, Development, Resourcing). You will also select from a choice of modules including: -Diversity -Organisational Psychology -Organisation Design and Development -Employment Law -Learning and Talent Development. Successful completion of the programme leads to the award of an MA with graduate membership of the CIPD.
