Requirements for new employees ? Managerial responsibilities ? Recording abuse ? Responding to abuse Benefits of the Course: ? Increased staff knowledge and awareness of Protection of Vulnerable Adults ? Better understanding of signs of abuse ? Successful delegates will receive a PoVa Level 3 for Managers certificate Duration: The duration of the course is 5 hours. We usually aim to start the course at 10.00am and therefore taking into account time for refreshment and lunch breaks, the course usually finishes around 3.30pm. Assessment: There is a short multi-choice test at the end of the course. Candidates are required to correctly answer 20 out of 30 questions in order to achieve a Certificate in Protection of Vulnerable Adults. Test papers and course books are available in several different languages and tests can also be conducted orally.
