2 day workshop to Introduce NLP principles techniques and strategies to those wishing to make positive changes in their lives. This workshop focuses on sharing information and knowledge which will enable you to utilise NLP tools and techniques to:: - Create a happiness anchor to stop your emotional triggers kicking in and enable you to avoid overeating/getting angry/overspending - Develop visualisation techniques to ensure you are totally confident in any situation - such as an interview or first date! - Learn and understand the importance of paraphrasing and matching/mirroring people to improve your relationship with important, - Change habits eg. getting angry when you get stuck in traffic, snacking on junk food.
