Course Description

There are several Health & Safety topics that can apply to us all and we will introduce these to you in this video course.

At the end of the video, trainees will:

  • Understand the manual handling procedure
  • Understand the good housekeeping procedure and why this is important to avoid Trips, Slips and Falls.
  • Understand electrical safety and learn the correct procedure for reporting faults
  • An introduction into COSHH and its effects.
  • Understand different types of PPE and DSE. 
  • Appreciate the correct use of machinery. 
  • Recognise and identify safety signs correctly and understand the correct emergency procedures.
