Introduction This course is suitable for all managers and supervisors who have people reporting directly to them. Delegates should have already completed the Effective Communications course before attending Interviewing for Staff Development. Aims At the end of the course, delegates will be able to: State the objectives of the staff development interviews Apply the ground rules of interviewing Comply with company procedure Use interviews as a strategy for improving performance Conduct structured, appraisal, discipline, grievance, counselling and appeals interviews.
