Who should attend ? This 3 day course is designed for supervisors and managers of staff who are responsible for food handling. Upon successful completion, the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Level 2 Certificate in Food Safety is awarded. Why should you attend ? As with the Foundation in Food Hygiene, the Food Safety Act 1990, Food Premises (Registration) Regulations 1991, Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations 1995 and Food Safety (Temperature Control) Regulations 1995 say you should! This course is aimed at supervisors and managers of food handlers to aid your undersatnding of the basic principles of food hygiene, to help you improve standards and prevent food poisoning.
