Course Description

Intensive Vinyasa Practising 'outside the box'... ...this strong vinyasa flow with technical points thrown in links usual and unusual poses in flowing sequences, synchronised with the breath, with modifications or intensifications suggested to suit each student's ability and sense of adventure, finishing with shoulderstands and long held headstands. It runs as a course and will explore specific groups of asanas which will rotate in blocks of 4 to 8 weeks (thus repeating the course on a regular basis enables you to practise what you have learned). We will play with hand balances, back bends, hip openers and leg behind the head preparations or variations. This allows each student to explore and find their own way through repetition and through investigating the technical aspects as they relate to their individual bodies and practice.
