Influencing Skills This intensive workshop is a mixture of presentations and practical exercises. The ideal group size is 10 - 12. Personal Influence: Building a profile with opinion formers Planning and preparation for networking Working the room Understanding persuasion and influence The reciprocity rule. On Site Requirements The Client Provides: A comfortable meeting room set up cabaret style for groups of three, four or five delegates at separate work tables. Writing materials for each delegate. Flip charts, stands and pens for each work group. Lap-top computer capable of running PowerPoint, relevant projector and screen. Morning and afternoon refreshments. The number of delegates expected, provided at least a week in advance. Public PR Provides: All course materials Evaluation forms A post hoc evaluation summary.
