Infection Control NCFE Level 2 Whether you are an experienced health care worker caring for clients or patients in a work environment or are new to the industry or even simply considering a career in Care, we believe that this Infection Control course will assist you with your personal development. Syllabus Module 1: Infection Control in the Workplace Module 2: The Importance of Personal Hygiene in the Control of Infection Module 3: Cleaning Processes to Control Infection Module 4: Waste Management in the Control of Infection Module 5: Some Specific Areas of Infection Control Qualification At the end of this course successful learners will receive a Level 2 NCFE Award certificate of achievement together with NCC Certification. That means that it is independently accredited at a level of learning equivalent to Level 2 on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) for England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Accreditation by NCFE is a guarantee of quality. It means that this learning programme has been scrutinised and approved by an independent panel of experienced educational professionals and is quality audited biannually by NCFE. NCFE is recognised as an awarding body by the qualification regulators ('regulators') for England, Wales and Northern Ireland. The regulators are the Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulator (Ofqual) in England, the Department for Children, Education, Lifelong Learning and Skills (DCELLS) in Wales and the Council for Curriculum, Examinations and Assessment (CCEA) in Northern Ireland.
