Overview: The course places emphasis on skills and knowledge for teaching yourself and others to take control of any situation without losing control. Proven techniques are taught and practised which will instil self-confidence and composure when handling difficult situations, enabling you to project the appropriate demeanour and focus on turning situations around to achieve positive outcomes. Learn how to manage anger and cope with difficult behaviour Learn how to think and feel good about yourself Take control of any situation, without losing control Learn techniques to avoid angry outbursts Learn techniques that you can use at home and in personal situations Learn how to deal with difficult people and situations in a calm and controlled way Time: Registration 9:00am ? 9:30am Workshop 9:30am ? 4.30pm
