Course Description

How can you enable yourself and your workforce to think on their feet in order to effectively diverge from prepared agendas, be confident in any situation, and effectively shift responsibility within the team? The key skill in improvising is listening - ACTIVE LISTENING - not only hearing what has been said but making it clear by our own actions that we have heard and understood. In this course delegates gain a practical experience of how improvisation works as a metaphor for Creative Leadership .
