Course Description

One to one Management Development Modules This programme is also available as a series of one to one modules designed to support a manager as they take control of a new team or department. The goals and content of the programme remain the same i.e. to have a powerful influence on people and events right from the start of a new role. The format and timings for the programme are flexible and constructed around the manager?s work schedule. The programme starts with a 3 hour foundation workshop which takes place before or within the first week of the manager taking up their new responsibilities. This is followed by seven weekly 2 hour workshops. The aim is to develop the skills needed to have a big impact on people and business results during the most vital period of any new role i.e. the first 100 days. The modular programme is dynamic in that it speeds up the process of integration into a new role. The new tools and techniques learned can be applied immediately to business situations.
