The two day Yellow Book 4 Engineers' Overview training course provides project managers, line managers, engineers and others involved with changes to a railway with a detailed understanding of the fundamentals of Yellow Book Engineering Safety Management ( ESM ) and guidance on their implementation. The course is examined with a certificate given to successful candidates.
