Course Description

Who should attend ? Managers, Team Leaders, team members and specialists who want to influence other people to perform at a higher level and would like a practical approach to the skill of motivating people. Why should you attend ? Releasing people's potential in the work-place is a skill which benefits a business to be more competitive and allows employees to gain more satisfaction from their work: a potential win/win. This course will give you the fundamental knowledge and some skills to: find out what motivates people; how to tap into that by developing and using outcomes and personal goals; give meaningful feedback so that individuals and teams improve their business performance. You will receive both a problem-solving and an evolutionary approach to develop motivation with both individuals and teams. You will be encouraged to discuss these approaches during the course so that you can evaluate them before taking them back for your own people.
