This programme is designed for people who intend to or are working in the Motor Cycle repair industry. How long does it take to complete? 1 year. What qualifications do I need? What is the programme structure? ? Foundation studies ? Chassis Technology & Routine maintenance ? Engine technology ? Transmission technology ? Electrical & Electronic technology ? New Motor Cycle assembly. Key Skills If you are aged 16-18 and following this course as a full time student your programme will include tutorials, enrichment activities and the development of key skills. Key skills are recognised and valued by employers and universities and are an important part of your course as they will help to improve your performance and confidence at college and in the future. Are there any special facilities for the programme? The college has specialist equipment for motorcycle maintenance and repair. How is the programme assessed? The programme is assessed through a combination of practical assessments, written tests and on-line tests. Will there be any extra costs involved?
