Foundation Degree Culinary Arts Course Description This course has been designed for chefs working within the kitchen and product development environment who wish to further develop their culinary skills and expertise, to reflect contemporary trends and innovative culinary techniques. It is for those who want to explore potential career opportunities in menu development, product design and gastronomy.
