Course Description

Successful completion of the training programme and assessment will enable candidates to understand : Legislation Supervisory management Temperature control (chilling, cooking) Cleaning Contamination control Applying and monitoring good hygiene practices Implementing good food safety procedures Contributing to the safety training of others To achieve the Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering candidates are required to attend a 3 day course (18 hours) concluding with a short exam of multiple choice questions. We are also happy to arrange a course to meet an individuals specific requirements (i.e. if you would like it delivered at your premises).
