The course is designed primarily for 16-19 year olds who wish to pursue a career in heatlhcare work or related subject areas. What will I study? * Communication & Individual Rights within the Health & Care Sectors * Individual Needs within Health & Social Care * Vocational Experience in a Health & Care Setting * Heatlh & Social Care Services * The Impact of Diet on Health * Human Lifespan Development You will also study Key Skills in Communications, Application of Number and Information Technology. What qualifications or experience do I need to get on the course? 2 GCSE grade D or above in academic subjects (one must be minimum D grade in English Language) or Merit in Level 1 courses Plus key skills communication at Level 1. Satisfactory reference and good attendancepunctuality record What qualification could I achieve? On succesful completion of the course students will achieve a BTEC First Diploma in Health and Social Care. Will I need an interview? Yes How do I join the course?
