Executive PA Performance Coaching is a one-to-one professional business relationship which extends over a specified length of time; the agenda for the meetings are driven by you, the client, focussing on your individual business priorities. You and your coach will focus on the areas of your particular role in which you want to improve and expand. Therefore there are no predefined areas that should or should not be covered; the agenda really is driven by you. Your coach will get to know you, and how you work, over a period of time and be able to support you to develop yourself and how you operate within the culture of your organisation and the context of your own specific role. Coaching affords you the space and freedom to spend time thinking creatively and plan how you can reach excellence personally, and within your organisation.
