Course Description

Course Description This course is designed for Dental Practitioners with little or no experience of implant dentistry. The course will provide delegates with all the necessary skills and information to incorporate implants into their daily practice. On completion participants should be able to provide all aspects of implant treatment in simple to moderate cases and be able to identify patients who need more advanced specialist care. Course Content Clinical Assessment & Treatment Planning Suturing and Flap Design Membranes Equipment training (Surgical & Prosthetic) Implant Surgery using LA, or IV sedation Surgical Stents Surgical Indexing Placement Immediate loading Soft tissue surgery Bone Grafting GBR Immediate temporization Consent Identification & Management of Surgical Complications Implant Prosthetics Impressions Articulation Maintenance Problem solving and managing failures Satisfying Aesthetic Demands CT Scanning Graduation Dinner Participants are encouraged to bring their own casespatients to work on throughout the course.
