Pre-requisites None Course synopsis The course starts with a questionnaire which helps build your 'Time Management Personal Profile', it is based on the model where a person's approach to managing time and priorities can be described according to five dimensions: attention to task, type of focus, approach to structure, style of processing, and strategy of action. Participants will be guided to identify common time wasters:- those that are self generated and those that are environmental. This allows planning for improved time utilisation and participants are encouraged to develop their personal priorities and preferred time management techniques. The techniques developed are based on Time Management Matrix which helps to focus on the issues of 'urgency' and 'importance' more effectively. This allows participants to plan ahead and to better know what to do when things go wrong.
