Learn ways to relax, unwind and pamper your mind, body and spirit through your journey of change Session Six: You're the inspiration Discover tips, techniques and tools to combat self-sabotage and secure success And that's not all... Following on from the six week course, you will receive: a personal 30 minute telephone coaching session - worth over ?40 an electronic copy of my latest book I CAN DO IT - Eight steps to living a better, brighter life - worth ?4.99 All this for only ?20 per week - a fraction of the cost my personal coaching programmes! How it works If you haven't experienced a conference call before - it's okay, the wonders of technology make it easy for you to take part and no other equipment is required apart from your telephone to fully enjoy this coaching experience! Every Monday evening for the duration of the six week course, you will join a 'phone call with women who, like you, are stuck and want a better, brighter life for themselves. The calls are informal, friendly and focused upon helping you be everything you deserve to be. I will host each call, taking you through the theme of the week and helping you along on your journey of change and personal discovery. Each call will last for approximately 60 minutes and it is entirely up to you if you choose to listen in or contribute to the conversation. All the sessions are recorded and you will be sent a copy at the end of the session, to listen to at your leisure. If you aren't able to make the scheduled call one evening, this facility will give you the opportunity to continue working on your goals ahead of the next session. Between sessions, I will also email you some Questions to Ponder and activities to complete that will help you to work towards and achieve your goals.
