General Information Management is all about achieving results though other people and so knowing when and how to delegate is a key skill for any manager. This course explores the main benefits of delegation, identifies some of the common barriers to delegation - and gives practical advice on how to overcome them. As well as a step-by-step guide to delegating tasks, you will be shown how to monitor the progress of a delegated task and how to provide constructive feedback.
