The Skills of Intercultural Communication Learn how to work effectively and inclusively in organisations with a multi-national workforce by developing the skills necessary to lead and manage across international cultures. A 5-day course. This in depth workshop gives participants a deep understanding of the cultural differences that exist within global organisations and their customers, and how to recognise those differences.
