Course Description

Communication Training Purple Monster deliver a variety of communication training concerning the fundamental communication between customer and staff. By using experiential exercises we look to build the confidence of participants in service situations. By examining the qualities of excellent customer service, we place the emphasis on being open, ready, aware, in control, confident and listening well. We focus on raising the quality of connections with customers. Through communication training exercises and role plays we explore how best to connect; including positive body language, the skills involved in recommending products and services, tone of voice, and approaches to attitude.
