Learning Method and Assessment RWP Training Limited's assessors assess the work you do in your workplace, to help you achieve a nationally recognised level 2 or level 3 qualification (NVQ). We use a variety of assessment methods, on differeing types of evidence, to demonstrate your competence in the job role you perform for your employer. The evidence needs to come from real work and can come from past work or new projects. We help you create a portfolio of work that shows your skills and abilities. Eligibility You must be employed (volunteers can benefit also) and complete a self declaration form of your existing qualifications, and return to us, so we can determine your eligibility for the government's funding. As a rule of thumb, however, the government will fund the Early Years and Child Care NVQ , through the Train to Gain programme, if this is your first level 2 or level 3 qualification, so the assessment does not cost you or your employer anything.
