Call Handling Level 3 The Call Handling Scottish Vocational Qualification Level 3 is a work based qualification for individuals working in call centres and in work environments where the use of telephones constitutes a significant proportion of activity undertaken. It therefore covers a wide range of services, including direct sales, customer service, technical support, emergency call handling, customer carelines, reception desks, and tele research. This qulaification is estimated to take 12 months to complete.
