Physical, chemical and allergenic hazards Keeping you safe from delivery to the plate:- Suppliers and Deliveries, Storage, Date marking, Common Errors, Thawing, Preparation, Cooking and Reheating, Cooling, Displays. Spoilage and preservation Personal hygiene Premises and Equipment Pest recognition Cleaning and Disinfection The Law and enforcement Short MOCK test The examination (included in the price) is a 30 question, multiple choice paper, lasting 45 minutes. You must get 20 correct to pass.
