Course Level: Level 3 Entry Requirements: Ideally you should have an electrical installation background and a basic knowledge of electrical principles. Course Description: This course provides the basis for the understanding and application of current wiring regulations used in commercial, industrial and domestic environments. In addition to those involved in new installation work, this course can be of interest to those engaged in a maintenance function. Course Content: The course covers:? ? Design ? Selection ? Erection ?Installation ?Inspection ? Testing of electrical equipment The course is considered as an update to the 15th edition of the wiring regulations. Delegates will be provided with a comprehensive set of training notes. Progression: Inspection, testing and certification of electrical installations (C&G 2391). It is now a requirement of the Health and Safety Regulations that wiring is carried out only by those holding this, or a higher qualification.
