The MSM combines excellent teaching and learning conditions with a basis of extensive empirical research. Our academic strength in teaching is a result of the following components of our programs. First, academic training focuses on all important aspects of management and is carefully structured to cover the various fields of business administration that are relevant for managerial decisions. Second, in the early phase of their studies, students receive intensive introductory mentoring and tutoring, which will also accompany them throughout the entire program, thus supporting the learning process. Moreover, all lectures and seminars are designed to allow active participation and constructive interaction between students and instructors, which helps students develop the performance competencies required for a business profession.
