Overview

the Training Organiser (latterly senior) in Joint Development. Whilst with Cambridgeshire she was responsible for rolling out the majority of training for the adult care service for the County Council, in addition to focussing on interagency development work. As part of the latter Zoë Grace helped to develop and launch the Adult Protection joint policy and procedures for the Huntingdon and Peterborough social services and health care trusts. She then maintained a rolling training programme for protecting vulnerable adults.In 1990 she was accredited by the Kairos Foundation, an international educational charity, to mentor self esteem enhancement development courses. Zoë Grace has applied this work in a professional setting to Community Learning Difficulty teams, management groups and with users of mental health, physical impairment and sensory impairment services. For people with learning difficulties she has adapted the course so that it can be expressed through art, drama and storytelling. In addition she has taught courses for the public using weekend and 6 weekly formats. This has totalled more than 60 courses of Power of Self Esteem, Power of Purpose and Power of Connection to date, with more in the pipeline.The skills and insights gained during professional and personal development make Zoë Grace an ideal person to facilitate change, whether in one to one coaching or through team building and training. She works to enhance the purpose, clarity and vision in a person's professional or personal life so that change is whole, organic and transformative.
